Prep Time: 5 minutes

Tools: knife and cutting board, blender


1/2 cup water

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1 small carrot

2, 1" chunks of beet, washed but not peeled

1 cup frozen organic raspberries

1/2 frozen banana

2 slices fresh ginger

Stevia if desired


Combine in your Vitamix and blend until smooth. If you don't have a Vitamix, you can cook the beet first, leave out the carrot, and substitute the fresh ginger with powdered ginger.
